- Overall, 16 years of experience in IT services
- Extensively knowledge on BFSI domain
- Managing of end to end complex and large programs
- Should have handled large onshore and offshore teams
- Indepth technical knowledge and should design systems; should able interpret complex designs; Provide technical guidance to team
- Excellent communication skills both with internal and customer
- Should define the scope and create road maps for teams
- Proven track record of managing large deliverable on time and within budget
- Good understanding of quality process and implementations; worked on Agile scrum teams
- Understanding of project P&Ls and other levers
- Expert in risk management and proactive in risk and escalations
- Proactive risk and mitigation management
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good exposure on presale, proposal lifecycles, deal management and contract process
